With a sense of responsibility to the people of the group, society and the environment, the Fourlis Group Successfully completed the Sustainability & CSR annual program of sustainable development and social responsibility.
Through initiatives and actions in all its countries of activity – Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Romania – the Fourlis Group continued to demonstrate its commitment and commitment to creating the conditions for a better and viable present and future.
More specifically, the Fourlis Group continued to implement the “EY ZIN” program, with actions to promote the health and wellness of its people. The “EY ZIN” program was inaugurated by the Directorate of Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility in 2010, with the main aim of informing workers on health and well -being workers and motivating them to adopt a healthy life model.
In this context, in 2024 the Group continued to provide a free counseling/psychological support line that operates 24/7/365 for employees and family members, as well as free sessions with psychologists in Greece and Cyprus, first -handed mental health seminars and nutritional programs, and organized health care and health programs, Mindfulness and liposes.
At the same time, free online Pilates courses were offered and employees participated in a number of sports events, such as “Race for the Cure”, the Alexander the Great Marathon in Thessaloniki and the round of Lake Ioannina.
The Scholarship Program of the Group “Studying with a Scholarship” has also continued, with the offer of a total of 9 scholarships to students and children of workers, worth a total of 27,000 euros in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Romania. In addition, the “Elias Fourlis” scholarship reinforced with 5,000 euros a top -notch student at a public university in Greece.
Volunteering was an important pillar of the Group’s social responsibility actions, with more than 820 volunteers participating in 20 actions in all Group activity. Voluntary blood donations, food donations, beach cleaning actions and public spaces and partnerships with people with disabilities, reinforced vulnerable social groups and contributed to social cohesion and environmental protection, as well as to raising awareness of workers and their families on relevant issues.


In the field of diversity and inclusion, the signing of the diversity map for all companies and in all countries of activity in the Group was completed, while a wealth of actions for female empowerment, such as the annual 6 -month Mentoring Program, through which 25 women in Greece acquired valuable supplies for their enhancement.
