Accepts the clearing of pending pipelines 500,000 against E-EFKA

Contracting for the “acceleration of pending lawsuits before the Administrative Court of First Instance” with funding from the Recovery Fund, signed by Justice Minister George Floridis, who will benefit 500,000 citizens who have filed lawsuits against e-EFKA.

According to a statement from the Ministry of Justice, the project was assigned in full cooperation with E-EFKA and was absolutely necessary because the conduct of the pipelines was repaid for many years in order to complete the concentration of the administrative file and its opinions. This process was particularly time -consuming, in view of the volume of group pipelines and the number of citizens involved.

It is clarified that the total number of pending pipelines currently stands at 10,000 and relate to about 500,000 citizens.

More specifically, the pending pipelines will be collected from all the local Directorates of the Former Insurance Funds in Central Management Structure, registration of them in a formal file (register) of the body, prioritizing the date of court, initial categorization of lawsuits, Graduated lawsuits in each case of the individual systems of the former insurance funds and, finally, distribution of the document produced, through application, to obtain the required signatures and sending the documents to the competent services.

According to the announcement, the project will be completed within 11 months and “will effectively contribute to the exemption of thousands of our fellow citizens from the suffering of long -term waiting for their lawsuit, discharge the administrative courts from a significant burden, allowing them to accelerate their work.
