Mr. Hadjivasiliou, who welcomed the US Delegation to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, representing the Greek government and the Foreign Minister George Gerapetritishe had a constructive debate on the bilateral cooperation and the challenges facing the international community. At the same time, the two sides discussed our country’s strategy in extroversion and attracting investment.
The Deputy Foreign Minister referred to EU-US trade relations, pointing out the need for a single European stance and exploiting the 90-day period for a “win-win” agreement, stressing that it is in the interest of everyone. As he said, “the proposal of the Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, for agreement even with zero duties is a long and serious basis.”

Greece is responsible for stability in the Eastern Mediterranean and a credible partner for the future of economic cooperation and geopolitical stability. Greece and US ties are strategic and powerful. “
