Criminal prosecution was brought to the truck driver for the deadly traffic accident that occurred on Good Tuesday (15/4) at Egnatia Road.
The driver, accompanied by police patrols, was transferred to the Kozani prosecutor shortly after 6pm. He was involved in the accident that occurred at noon the previous day on the toll of Polymylos Kozani.
The 38 -year -old Ukrainian, who was held in Veria, according to the case file, was prosecuted for dangerous driving resulting in a fatal accident, which is a felony, for homicide by negligence in confusion and a challenge of serial bodily injuries.
He was referred to apologize to the investigator.
