The payment of the first installment of the Special Tax of Consumption (16.4.2025) was completed today (16.4.2025) (16.4.2025)APO) rural oil For 2025.
Specifically, the total amount of the EFK refund, for the oil paid to 76,128 professional farmers, amounts to EUR 15,921,068.34.
The amounts relate to:
- Motor oil purchases,
- used exclusively in agriculture and
- for which the sales invoices have been issued and forwarded to the digital Mydata and Esend Platform of the Independent Public Revenue Authority from 1/1 – 31/3/2025.
This amount is the first of the total five scheduled for this year’s payments (A. 1173/2024 -B 6741 JMD of the Deputy Ministers of Finance and the Minister of Rural Development and Food).
The new simplified payment process, both for this installment and for the next, is automatically carried out, without any action by the beneficiary farmers.
It is also recalled that under the new procedure is foreseen (E.2079/2024):
- Holders of Public Public Fuel Stations license must meet their obligations on the electronic transmission of data within the set deadlines, to the digital platforms of Mydata and ESEND by AADE and AADE and AADE and EADE and
- Farmers, in order to benefit from the return of the EFK, must request the issuance of an invoice from the Public Public Protest Stations.
