Arrested the driver of truck For the collision made on Monday morning (14/4/25) just before the Avlida station, with its train Suburban made by Chalkida – Athens.

1. Anyone who disturbs the safety of the transport of fixed track, ships or aircraft:
a) by destroying, harm, moving or removing operation, motion, electricity or security equipment, installations or means of transport,
(b) By placing or maintaining obstacles,
(c) by altering signs or signals or by installing or maintaining incorrect signs or signals,
d) By breach of technical control rules or safe loading of transport,
(e) by breach of the rules of operation of unmanned aircraft systems,
(f) Other, equally dangerous, for the safety of transportation acts punish:
– (aa) with imprisonment if a common risk of foreign things may arise from the act,
– bb) With imprisonment of up to ten (10) years if a human risk may arise,
– cc) With imprisonment if the act resulted in severe bodily harm or caused significant damage to utility facilities,
– dd) with life imprisonment if the act resulted in the death of another.
Finally, in the draft law on the new Road Traffic Code, the violations of Article 27, namely a violation of light signaling and/or mobile barrier pre -level railway crossing, is classified as high -risk E4 and with special impacts for road safety, and will be charged with 60 days.
