The mayor in the town of Sumi, northern Ukraine, said today that there are “many dead” from a Russian missile attack, but without giving further details.
“The enemy hit citizens again,” Artem Kozbar wrote on Telegram, noting that at least 32 civilians were killed and more than 80 were injured.

“This sunny day of Sunday, our community suffered a terrible tragedy,” he wrote.
“The Russians hit the city of Sumi with rockets and killed citizens,” wrote Andriy Yermak, head of Ukraine’s office, Volodimir Zelenski.
“Only old mans can act in this way by removing the lives of everyday people,” Zelenski told social media along with a creepy video with carcasses on the ground, a damaged bus and burnt cars in the middle of a central road.

Russian attacks with drones continues
Ukrainian anti -aircraft defense units intercepted and destroyed 43 unmanned aircraft from the 55 of Russia overnight with targeting areas in northern, southern and central Ukraine, according to Ukrainian Air Force today.
