The Triantopoulos Reference to the Judicial Council was voted by the House of Representatives of the House of Representatives

The reference was made by the Plenary of the House with 190 “yes” and 10 “no” by the referral of former Deputy Minister Christos Triantopoulos to the Judicial Council for the offense of breach of duty and his handling of the first 24 hours after the Railway Tragedy in Tempe.

The next step will be to draw members of the Judicial Council, at a public plenary session after Easter. The Speaker of the House will draw five regular and five alternate members to set up the Judicial Council.
