Earthquake magnitude 3.1 on the Richter scale was noted in the west Crete on Monday afternoon (10.11.2025).
According to the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens, the 3.1 Richter earthquake in western Crete occurred at 18:24 on Monday and originates from the focal area located at a distance of 47 kilometers west-southwest of Palaiochora, Chania.
The focal depth of the seismic tremor is located at 28.6 kilometers.
